Hi guys, I've been on 20mg of Cit for 10mths and really doing well. I have thick hair, but recently it feels like its thinning out and getting finer? Anyone else had this issue? Thank you D 🙂

yeah I have this issue im on 40mg and my hair feels terrible and it falls out in clumps. ive started to use plantur caffine shampoo so well see if that helps

Hi, thank you for your reply. My hair isn't falling out that I can see, just seems thinner!! I purchased some shampoo for thinning hair and an oil to rub in to encourage hair growth. Only time will tell if it works lol
