Hello, im on week 6 of citalapram, back in December I was feeling anxious and then I caught Covid from work (I work in a school office) and I was terrified very luckily I had mild symptoms but the anxiety was horrendous and I started on citalapram, first 2 week were awful and very foggy, and all sat in my chest and throat, I even had a check up with my doctor and she confirmed all was fine . this definitely helped my anxiety, i then started speaking to a therapist and I was starting to see some more positive days, then boom out of nowhere ive had a awful 5 days and feel right back at step 1 in my journey im so upset and worried I won't even feel normal again 😪😪😪, my mood and positively can literally changed minute by minute, I barley sleep , please tell me i will feel better soon 😖😦😪

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having a blip in your journey. The tablets can take a while to work and it's still early days yet. What dose are you on? I know the feeling of worrying that you won't get better very well and it's the anxiety that makes you think the worst. Hang on it there and try celebrate every little positive in your recovery. I know it's easier said than done but you've made progress so far and you'll continue to do so. Best wishes and keep posting on here for support and encouragement.
