Citalopram withdrawal symptoms or old condition

hi

stopped taking citalopram nearly 5 weeks ago and have progressively felt worse over past 3 to 4

spaced out....headache and sinus pressure ...ringing ears....dizzy....disassociation.....panadol does not fix headache

question.......can withdrawal get worse as you get to 5 weeks when most people say that it should be reducing after 2 or 3

still have anxiety and difficulty focusing

any help much appreciated
