Citalorapram 20mg switch from Sertraline 150mg - Direct switch

2 weeks ago was the first day of my stopping Sertraline and switching to Citalorapram immediately. I'm just going by what my doctor said was ok and I even asked the pharmacist who said it was common because they are in the same class. The only issues I'm having is more anxiety which I'm taking alprazalam for and nausea as well all no appetite.

I just wanted to know if anyone has done a direct switch with no problems.

    I've done a direct switch from 40 mg Citalopram to 5 mg of Escitalopram.

    ?I'm currently on Day 13, I think?? of the switch. So far, it's gone much better than I anticipated, especially with a fairly big difference in doses. I do think I'll have to go up to 10 mg. in a few weeks.

    ?I think it's fairly common to do a straight switch with the SSRIs.
