Citilopram giving me lower back pain?

I am on day 21 of citilopram and all the sudden have extreme lower back pain. Has anyone else had this.

    Ive not really had much lower back pain however i have had a lot of discomfort in my groin and testicles which is the same area and possibly related. Ive also read that pain down there can actually be caused by lower back issues
