hi guys!
i was taking 10mg of citralopam and upped them to 20mg but when i take them i now have waves of nausea and migraines, is this just them getting in my system or shall i go back onto 10mg?

that's normal when you increasing the meds, nothing to worry about. All those side effects will go away when body adjusts to new dose
