hello ive been taking 10mg of citralopram for anxitey for 4 days, at first i just felt sick and dry mouth. the more i take the stranger i feel, sick, dry mouth, anxious then feel calm and happy! today my arms and legs feel full of tension and shaky is this normal or am i going mad? should i stop taking them? cant speak to a dr for a week and really worried this is not normal

ive swapped to sertraline and so far so good dont feel half as bad day 3 in only thing is i feel like j have a shakey tremour all over and some palpitations at night but guess this will pass! hope everyone is doing well laura
