I am interested how your doctor has managed not only to diagnose you with a chronic kidney condition but also what stage you are at without even carrying out any tests. They stage this condition by carrying out blood tests to check you GFR (your kidney function) to be at CKD3 you would have about 49% function, you don't usually have any symptoms at this stage. Has your doctor checked your iron levels as you may be anaemic which would explain the tiredness. Do you have any more information from your doctors visit such as what prompted the diagnosis, you say you haven't had any tests so on what basis has he made his diagnosis. I may be able to offer more support with a bit more info.
I hope your appointment goes well and you get some propper answers your doctor sounds quite poor.

I am monitored every year.
Although I have just seen a doctor while I have been overseas and he thinks they should be doing more. He asked why I wasn't taking preventative anti biotics as I get alot of infections.
My urologist said I should at least be given a six week course if I get an infection but my GP disagrees and only gives one week.
I have always been tired even before the bp meds but I put that down to working long hours,I'm not working now and still tired but not so much, this could be sure to lodging weight and I exercise alot.
