has anybody experienced palpertation heart missing beat or extra beat not sure which one but happening regular so stopped the tablets

hi, i have stopped clarythromicin 9 days ago and side effets are still awful. anxiety , palpitations, panic attack. i really hope it will get better with time. any experience will be welcome !
