Cleaning Up After Passing a Stool

This, for me, is one of the most annoying symptoms of IBS.
How long does it take you to do your 'business' and clean up?
For me, it takes a few minutes to pass a stool, but then 10-15 minutes to 'clean up'. There seems to be (most of the time) extremely small traces of stool every time I wipe. If I stop cleaning up, and wait for a bit, it's almost as if my anus closes up properly and then there is none.
If, however, I 'dig' a little deeper there seems to be more stool there.
So, I'm unsure what to do. Try and get rid of all the stool or leave it? I do suffer from the 'morning rush' and sometimes will go twice within an hour.
I have also had a haemorrhoidectomy middle of last year and not sure if there is any side effects from this?

Fiber and probiotics helps but i believe there is some sort of malabsorption going on.

I take Fybogel and probiotics. I have taken lactolose before but that gives me extremely watery and runny stools making it worse. The malabsorption makes sense as sometimes I have undigested food in my stool and, without getting too graphic, if I eat something with a unique smell, like fish, my stool can smell of it.
Sometimes I'll pass a type 3-4 stool (from the Bristol Stool Chart), but mostly it's 5-6, loose and watery but there always seems to be something left to clean!
It stops me from going running in the morning as not only does it leave me feeling a bit sluggish, but I also don't want to go running with stool (that's almost ready to come out) sloshing around inside. Does this happen to you?

I feel you brother. I completely understand. I spend about $100 a month on wet wipes. I often get fatigued after a movement and almost never feel like I fully evacuated.
Have you ever gotten tested for SIBO ?(Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth)
Also if you haven't already make sure you get your Zinc and copper levels tested. If you fan find a doctor that will, getting your reverse t3 tested won't hurt either.
Inflammation, anxiety, malabsorption, overgrowth of bacteria, all recipes for disaster.
Have you ever been on a heavy dose of antibiotics?
Also sometimes if i were to run after a bm or just walk in general i often would get leakage. I always have to take a shower after i wipe at least 60-70 times.
How's your diet look? Could be sign of a food intolerance.
