Clear EUS but have back pain, yellow stools, worried about CP

Hi,

Started April 2021: Living in Japan playing professional rugby, symptoms original started with indigestion and a lack of energy. A few weeks later noticed back pain, oily yellow stools/undigested food present and severe weight loss (2kg/week). Noticed if I had any form of alcohol, I would get diarrhea. Had fears of something wrong with my pancreas.

May -June 2021: Went through a range of tests which included:

CT, MRCP, Contrast MRI and tumor blood markers (all clear).

Colonoscpy, endoscopy - no abnormal findings.

Blood tests only showed low amylase, lipase and WBC.

July-November 2021: Returned to New Zealand, where I continued to investigate with an endocrinologist, tests included:

EUS with no abnormal findings.

Blood test showed low neutrophil and WBC - bone marrow exam completed and normal.

HIDA Scan, normal.

Fecal elastase normal.

After the last tests in November, the endocrinologist determined that he could not offer any further assistance.

November 2021 - to date: I have continued my investigations with an integrative specialist with no clear diagnosis so far. Her tests completed were:

OAT urine test - showed high oxalates

Comprehensive stool test - showed blastocystis which was subsequently treated.

Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth Test - normal

Dutchplus hormone test - still awaiting results

My symptoms continue to be:

back pain (between shoulder blades).

Yellow stool with undigested food present)

Abdominal pain and bloating

Weight loss

Fatigue

My major concern at this stage is I have developed Chronic Pancreatitis, any help with regards to another avenue to try or potentially revisit would be much appreciated.

Thank you

James
