I click as well but no idea whether we should be worried, I'm afraid. I'm getting used to it after 12 months.

I get a click sometimes when I forge,t and turn on my ( Op.) leg, sometimes with a painful stab, but like you, only now and again, stairs are much easier, up, easier than down.  Getting in and out of the car is still a bit awkward.   I'm wondering what age categories we all come in to, maybe younger hippies get better more quickly.

Hi Daffi  Is it your hip clicking or your knee?  The reason I ask is that I had problems with my knee (on operated side) clicking loudly all the time.  I

I ask my PT about it and she said that it was caused by weakness in one of my leg muscles - the stronger muscle was forcing my knee to one side and the clicking was when it was realigning.  The solution was to strengthen the weaker muscle - which I did and am still doing and my knee is fine now.
