Stared around December with my throat making a clicking noise it’s now much worse almost like a crunching noise now. Still feel like something is in my throat. I’m usually a positive person but it’s really getting me down. Any ideas why this is happening would be much appreciated

Where exactly is the clicking/crunching happening? Above the larynx and below the chin? Or is it happening below the larynx in the area behind the trachea?
Is it worse in the morning? Do you find that eating and drinking make it worse?
