Clicking in my head

I am quite worried I have had it a few times for like a week then it will go for a little while and come back. It sounds like when you bite your teeth together, I am only 20 so I know it’s nothing to do with old age.

Has anyone got this or had it?

    I don’t know if I’m having the same thing, but I got this pressure on my right side of my head where it comes and goes all day.

      Sounds similar mine comes and goes throughout the day and for example of o run up the stairs I get it or walking in general but no idea what it is.
