If it sounds like it's coming from inside your ear or head, it's probably just Tinnitus hon.

Yesterday I found out it was going to be my last time at my school yesterday so I started crying. After I cried for a while and got up to walk it started..

Tinnitus is just s symptom when you can hear a ringing, buzzing, clicking or basically a sound that doesn't eminate from an external source. Very common with anxiety sufferers. I get ringing in my left ear all the time, more notable on a night but I do get it through the day too and it sounds like my whole head is ringing.

People hear it in different ways and emotional stress usually makes it worse.

Thank you!! Ya I started getting it when I was crying and while walking. Now I’m scared I’m going deaf and it’s all because of a brain tumor😩😩😩

I used to have that a few years back. It scared me. Eventually it went away. Now that i look back, I think it may have been something with my ears. But the clicking seemed like it came from the top right section of my head. Not really that close to my ear. Without pain, I worried but didn't see doc. I think you'll be fine.
