Clicking/popping sound in throat after endoscopy under anesthesia

So i'm not really sure what to think off this situation but here we go. So basically i had an endoscopy under general anesthesia. When i woke up after it i felt fine but it was about an hour later that i felt that everytime i would swallow something it would frequently cause an "clicking" sound from my throath (altough not always). This makes swallowing also harder even drinking water. Currently my weight is on the lower side and the fact that i can't swallow properly will probably lower it even more. I also have a bit of a feeling that something is a bit stuck in the back of my throath. If you know whats the possibe cause for this or had any similair experiences your more than welcome to share.
