Clicking shoulder every time I do a press up after surgery?

Hi all, I had surgery on my shoulder which I believe was a rotator cuff repair. (I have a metal rod helping my shoulder not dislocate anymore). Well, recently I have been doing a lot more exercise to help with my physical as well as mental health. I had this surgery a long time ago now and have completed all of the physio therapy to strengthen it up again. I am now trying to strengthen it up as natural as possible and have mostly just been doing pressups, arm raises front, twist and to the side. Anyway, that was all going well until about two days ago when I started to click every time I did one pressup. My shoulder does feel a little tender at the moment so I was wondering if it is worth any concern or whether it will go away? I have vitamin D capsules everyday as I hear that helps joints and movements. I may also start taking omega 3 oil capsules as well for that same benefit. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to get fit as I let my self go when I was healing from the surgery. Thanks.
