Clit hood & sharp pain

hi
i seem to tear at the same place on the hood of my clit & get a sharp needle like pain. I've been celibate the last 2 years as a result of LS, thought id got it under control, although occasionally caught it when mastebating.Started seeing someone, did not use lubrication & stimulation has caused it to be very painful when touched. It was one of the first itching places I got LS. Looking for advice whether i have done permanent damage & how to resolve before I see him again or manage sex. Is my clit really off limits? help

This is bleep of a condition isn't it. I had trouble there awhile ago on and off for a few months I had to wash everytime I went to the lol dab dry. Keep area lubricated with coconut oil or any lube you use. Bicarb soda soaks I've heard to use borax not the acidic type soaks I bought some online . And honestly no stimuli until settles. When you have sex lots of lube.

Hello, I am a male who has been dealing with LS for almost 8 years now. I am wondering if you have had the help of a knowledgable health professional such as a Vulval Skin Specialist?
There should be no areas that are off limits if your LS is fully controlled.
So, definitely Coconut Oil is a good idea - but you need to make sure that the Lube you are using is 'skin friendly' to your LS infected skin. So what you apply MUST be of a natural plant based extract - the other of which may be helpful is Aloe Vera Gel.
One mix that Nancy KB told me about was this: mix 2 tablespoons (that's the largest ones) of quality Aloe Vera Gel with 2 small drops of Turmeric Essential Oil and store in a clean airtight container. Apply a light film to your entire genital region and make sure you apply between the skin-fold areas, particularly immediately prior to sex.
What you can do with the next mix, if you get no adverse reactions to it is add another 2 drops (4 in all) - the wonderful thing about the mix is the aroma it creates and it is natural stimulant itself to smell senses. The good thing about the aloe vera and the essential oil is that they have natural skin healing properties.
Good luck ..... !
