Clitordynia?

Hello,

I was wondering what the signs and symptoms were for clitordynia?

I am experiencing pain in my clitoris that is pinching, tender, aching and it's also enlarged (aroused state but hurts) . I also have burning pain (sometimes) on my labia minora when my clitoris is pinching . It happened after I masturbated and has stayed like this for three months now. The pain has been terrible and I'm waiting to see a gyno soon. Negative results for Infection or STI.

I also know this can be a form of vulvodynia but no where does it say clitoris is enlarged so I'm concerned. so if anyone had a similar issue please let my know what you did to treat it.
