Clob Dosage Application

Hi,  I just got my clob  ointment today and am questioning the dosage application. I know from this site you should be careful with it. Dosage says 3xday for week 1. Then 2xday for  week 2. Then 1xday for week 3. Does that seem like too much?

    Hi, I think 3 x day is probably too much, twice a day should be enough, but the rest of it sounds about right I think.

    I started out at twice a day so,I think you should be okay. I also,cover the area with Aquaphor ointment.

    What is aquaphor. Do drugstores gave it

    It's an ointment and most drugstores should have it, buy the large tub size, because it's great to use as a barrier once you've healed. And is a healing ointment.

    Just use a small dab twice a week. Rub it in very gently for 90 seconds. This is a must so that the cream can penetrate the deeper layers of skin.
