Clobetasol propionate Working

Posted , 3 users are following.

after seeing the initial small spot on right arm grow and more spots spread all over my torso also and left and right upper arms .The 1 year the dr advised it would take to go away has turned to 3 years and much worse. So I am now using Clobetasol propionate a cream that makes it fade . I tried on my right arm the worst spot and the bumps go away less red reduced to a light reddish pink spot ... o now using on other areas. But I am not confident that it will grow away . Seems to a symptomatic of something bigger , perhaps the destruction of cells caused by diabetes. Someone knows the answer in the medical profession but they are not talking ... if so many people get this it would be big bucks to someone who comes up with a final solution

So you're diabetic? I  am too. I think GA is not an autoimmune disease but a side effect of AU.

The cream you use will make it fade temporarily bc it's a steroid which reduces inflammation while ironically causing it.

I came off sugar years ago and the GA disappeared. Now, I'm out of control and have it all over my legs and feet.  I wonder if it is a wheat/chemical/sugar/candida/ endocrine issue.  Anyway, one day well put the pieces together

Well when I was talking to the Dr , I mentioned that i thought is was auto immune , he agreed, Something in the body is causing this and the body is not able to fight it.  It is possible for me it will come back if I stop using the cream , but still using it so i dont know.  I noticed it got worse last winter , wonder if lack of sunlight is an issue. Regardless not much effort is being put into resolving it, since it is cosmetic and a non medical threat. With that said , it in itself may not be dangerous but the underlying cause is. I believe this  because it symptomatic of a larger issue of greater concern. There is much about Diabetes we are not being told, after all it is as big as the oil industry so good luck ever seeing a cure. It will always be managed by drugs, a constant stream of income for those involved.
