Clocks go back 1 hour tomorrow ( UK )

Just thought I would remind those of us in the UK that the clocks go BACK 1 hour tomorrow night. So you get an extra hour in bed 

 Also if you take meds at certain times you will have to change the time you take them. 👍

      Aging hippies.....lol speak for yourself shirley ..hahaha. im Australia and our clocks went forward an hour 2 weeks ago.

Shorter days & winter is only just round the corner, I,m not good in the ice & snow but with two tkr,s and now a thr I won,t venture out much at all, wish I could migrate to warmer climbs like some of our feathered friends ! Thanks for letting us know anyway x susy

      if you go on eBay look up  trax these are Spring grips that can go on the bottom of your shoes. These I can promise you will keep you safe in the worst weather nature can throw at you during the winter
