Hi Mary,
Well done darling!
I'm having to borrow daughters size 16 as I've had 7 weeks of stuffing chocolate & all the wrong things so now have almost a stone to get off. Ouch.

Feel for you there I have added one stone four pounds, in 8 weeks, could take two pounds off for the implant as apparently that is what it weighs.
At least I went back to my weight loss class today, going on holiday in May and need to fit into my bathing costume, so fingers crossed for some weight loss. Good luck to you.

Hope your weight loss class went well & you are full of enthusiasm.
Why do we eat junk knowing we shouldn't?
Good luck to you Shirley & roll on May. XX

I'm 22 days post op and while I use a crutch in town I too have been shopping for a new summer lightweight jacket...also to find out about Leki poles for nature walks post 6 weeks and return of crutches.
I enjoyed shopping but found the very upright chairs in shops were very uncomfortable on ny haunches and wound. Not pain...but very uncomfortable.
Wonder if very upright chairs are awkward to others too?

A tad over caution here maybe?
Surely we need to explore at our own pace, respecting the guidelines as well, guidelines.
The boost of new jeans is a psychological boost too methinks!
Careful yes, and push it a bit too...onwards and upwards!
