Clozapine and prostatitis

Anyone else has prostatitis worsened for taking clozapine?
i don't know what to do because the pain is barely bearable.

is your prostatitis bacterial or non bacterial? That matters a lot .....have you ever had a semen culture test or prostate fluid test (Stamey's test)?
