Cluster-headache-level pain for 24 hours at a time

For the past two years, I've been getting intermittent headaches that cause cluster-headache-level pain for 24 hours at a time. The headaches are in my left temple. I have no other symptoms.

Please feel free to tell me what kind of headache you think this is and what I can do to treat it? Thanks!

    HI DAVID,

SORRY TO READ ABOUT YOUR PAIN. IVE BEEN THROUGH THE SAME THING FOR YEARS. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL. PAIN KILLERS WILL ONLY STOP IT FOR SOME TIME AND IT COMES BACK.

I FOUND A SOLUTION TO MINE AND I'M DETERMINE TO HELP OTHERS. MY SUGGESTION IS YOU'VE LOST SOME PROTECTIVE LAYERS ON SOME OF YOUR CELLS ESP. RED BLOOD CELLS. THIS MAKES THE VEINS IN YOUR HEAD VERY SENSITIVE TO EVERYTHING. STRESS, NOISE, FOOD AND EVERYDAY PRODUCTS.

I TAKE VITAMIN B12 AND IVE NOT HAD A HEADACHE SINCE. YOU MIGHT BE SHORT OF THIS VITAMIN TOO. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.
