i have these bumps on my vulva i just noticed this week, no itxhing really and no burning. i struggled with yeast infections in the past and thought it may be related but i dont know??? plz help

update: saw my doctor today, said she doesnt know what it is, they swabbed it and are running more tests, she said its a possibility it could be hpv only because it looks like warts a bit, but also said if it is then its the harmless kind that doesnt cause cancer and theres no treatment and i shouldnt be worried. hope this helps !!
