Cluster white heads on penis head “scared”

imagei went to go get a sti check two weeks ago, im supposed to get my results in a couple of days ? i was diagnosed with nongonnococcal - urethritis , i was given medication , now i was told to go back in two weeks for test results , im a bit nervous because i got these white heads on my glands and they havent gone away , i stoped ussing soaps and just rinse with warm water , the "nurse" because that who went to get some of my discharge told me that it was probably nothing because it didnt look that bad , ive had some discomfort when i wear my boxers or pants , they are a bit tight my boxers more than my pants, i just have this small disconfort on my head but it doesnt feel like a tingle or anything , it doesnt hurt but i am just a bit panicky any help i can get is greatly apreciated image

    Hi kevin,

    The white heads are sebaceous glands on the glans penis. Nothing untoward and they are not a symptom of urethritis or some additional underlying STD.

      the spots that dont contain white heads are actually like a redness , like a rash , i do have a bit of discomfort , what would you say to that ?
