I take 10 Ana half a day that's 3 Ana half in morning then 3ana half at around mid day then 3ana half at 8pm if I don't take them like this I feel no relief from pain but will and is this harming me? I don't abuse them in any other way than this and don't like lying to myself!! Please I'd be greatful for some advice thank you!! ✌

I am probably being stupid but I do not understand what you mean by 10 Ana half a day. Do you mean you take 3 1/2 tablets 3 times per day rather than 2 tablets 4 times per day? If so you are definitely taking more than you should, but more importantly you are going too long between doses. If two tablets are not strong enough to give you sufficient pain relief for 5 hours then you possibly need a stronger pain killer or possibly consider using a TENS machine as well as the tablets. I speak from personal experience as I have had severe back pain for more than ten years

We build a tolerance. And suddenly two isn't enough so we take more. An more its a nasty cycle could I ask what the pain is? What are you prescribed them for they are very. Addictive and withdrawel from them is awful
