Coated hairy tongue, large bumps and odor. Are my tonsils swollen? I don’t know how to get rid of it

    someone please help. my tongue is now sore and painful. my throat hurts and have been having some breathing issues. is it a hiatill hernia or whatever its called!?? also the bottom of my tongue hirts now too imageimage
