Coated tongue after sexual contact - please help!

Hi,

So for the past 11 months I have had a coated tongue since sexual contact, if anyone has any experience or answers to this please let me know. The details are as below:

Unprotected vaginal sex (from January 2020) and oral sex (one and only time in March 2020) with same non-monogamous partner that had been tested for STDs. Flu like symptoms in March 2020, which lasted approx. 2 weeks (runny nose, cough, aches, sore throat etc). After this, tongue became coated with thick, white/yellow hair-like coating. Small ulcer appeared on tip of tongue but resolved within 2-3 days. Ulcers on gums and tongue have since occurred.

Full STD screening conducted 2 months post sexual contact and repeated at 4 months, 6 months and 9 months. Results came back negative including HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trichomoniasis. Positive for vaginal thrush but negative for oral thrush.

Oral Symptoms:

-coated tongue

-Mucus in throat

-Nasal congestion

-Ulcers on gum and side of tongue (4 over 10-month period)

-Taste buds on tongue swollen/enlarged but not painful

-Sore mouth on inside of bottom jaw

-Sticky/gluey/dry lips

Vaginal Symptoms:

-Peeling and irritation to vulva skin

-Internal burning sensation

-Abnormal discharge; thick, mucus-like consistency with white flecks throughout
