does anyone feel more anxious when drinking coffee ?

    Yes without a doubt, i used to drink at least 5 mugs of coffee a day Im now down to one when i get up & thats it for the day & no fizzy drinks. It really does make a difference but the headache you get coming down off coffee will show you how much it effects you, but they pass & also worth it as Im not a jittery. Hope this helps

    im not a huge coffee drinker but have one a day normally mid morning. i feel no different.

    but i am a big tea drinker. so i do try not to drink my usual 10 cups a day!!

    Caffeine is a stimulant so will increase your anxiety symptoms. Try decaffinated coffee. WALNUTS are brilliant for improving mood etc. Full of the right kind of FATTY ACIDS and SERETONIN. A recent study has been done on Walnuts helping depression in young men

    yep i knew about the walnut thing. Pure brain food! i have a handful on my cereal every morning . Also lots of salmon, seeds, blueberries.
