While I have no experience with cocaine, I'm guessing you are having a bad reaction to it and you probably shouldn't try it again. I've had bad reactions to drugs in the past, like panic attacks.

As for the anxiety, do some calming activities. For my anxiety I will take a very hot shower, do breathing exercises (inhale for 5, exhale for 7), yoga, etc... if your panic attacks don't go away then go see your doctor and let them know what's up. They are there to help you and might be able to give you something to relax. Also know that panic attacks aren't life threatening. They are just a nuisance and get in the way of life.

thank you, I skipped class yesterday slept last night for first time since Friday, I feel better but I feel tired and at times my hands go numb a bit and pale. I'm scared my heart rate is pretty steady but I get small attacks here and there in class

Hi Jordan, I myself brought my anxiety on through drugs. I had done them a lot of times before but then just one time I freaked out and thought I was having a heart attack. I can tell you now you 100% fine. Because it is a stimulant it can give you anxiety. Just like how coffee affects anxiety, cocaine is 100x worse. Stay away from the s**t it's no good. I haven't touched anything since and I have been feeling much better. I see it as a blessing in disguise. If you ever need to talk just message me since we've been through the same.

It's been about 3 months and I haven't had an anxiety attack for a while. I still get symptoms of anxiety but I try to power through it now. But each day I am getting better.

thank you for your reply, another question did you experience the "itches" is it temporary or from a cut I've read about called levamisole? do you know of anyone who has suffered from it? I haven't found anything current on it

Ive never tried cocaine but it seems like its the main reason why you’re feeling anxious. Weed has made me feel super paranoid which is why I dont do it at all anymore. Be careful with drugs because when you take more than you can handle, it will have you trippin. I dont think you should do cocaine anymore especially since you said you’ve never suffered panick attacks until after cocaine : )

Yeah doctors they even ask you if you have tried cocaine, is the worst , I'm glad I never did drugs, but I did used to drink a lot of beers, and alcohol makes you anxious too, now i have generalized anxiety ans depression, im on sertraline, don t do drugs . when we were healthy we thought we could do whatever we wanted like restless nights drinking etc, and this is what we get the people with more sensitive nervous system, good luck hope it goes away, I wish nothing but the good for everyone.?

Hi Jordan, a lot of these drugs are poison. They can be cut using so many different chemicals, it’s just not worth the risk. What ever happened to just having a few drinks with your mates? Me and my friends had a great time and didn’t need drugs to have a good time. Maybe I’m just getting old!

I agree, I was doing recreational drugs almost every weekend til one day it triggered my anxiety. Now we just really drink and I have so much more fun. Nothing beats staying sober though!

I don’t drink at all anymore. Nightmares of all the hangovers I had mean I’m done with it. I’d much rather have a good old cup of tea!
