Cold Brain

After some advice if possible. I am experiencing so cold sensation in the brain down through the chest and into the genitals.

I haven't slept since yesterday and went to get some Nytol.

After taking the Nytol I settled myself into bed and experienced the weirdest feeling where my heart rate had reduced and my body flopped as it had went to sleep mode however I was fully conscious and just had a cold pain across my head. I did not even get the usual visuals when attempting to fall a sleep.

What can I do?
