Although I don't sweat, I do get flushed in the face. Sometime after a more intense episode, I start to feel cold as I'm coming out of the hot flush. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes me too, sometimes while my face feels like it is on fire (I also don't sweat with mine either), my face is bright red, but my body goes cold,
Apparantly its down to the flight or fright similar thing,
Our face burns so our body tries to cool it down except it makes us feel cold and does nothing to our face,
Mine lasts hours x
