Cold feeling in my throat for about a week now

i have been noticing a weird cold feeling in my throat for a little less than a week now. i also looked at my throat and noticed some sores. my throat doesn't hurt at all, its not abnormally red or anything. Just a little back story, For about a week or two i have been basically chain smoking cigarettes most of the time when i'm not at work, for example on my 1 hour lunch break i have anywhere from 4-7 cigarettes. I have been going out and drinking (in the past 10 days I've gone out drinking about 5 or 6 times). i also smoked weed on the nights i would go out (i would have extreme coughing fits at least once as a result of that). the coldness i am feeling is only in my throat by my uvula and stops at the bottom of my neck. it is not really uncomfortable just slightly concerning. i also have a thyroid issue where mine does not work hardly at all and i have not taken medicine for it i a long time. if you need any other information please let me know and i very much appreciate your advice!!

4-7 in an hour!!!! U have to stop that. I smoke a pack every 2 1/2 to 4 days. My throat has been irritated on and off 4 a year and a half. Had all the tests done and negative. So i put it down to smoking. I also smoke weed. But only a joint a week. I use to smoke a pack a day a and more weed. Im pretty sure yours is from smoking. How can u even enjoy smoking that much? It burns my throat and taste nasty if i smoke even 2 within a couple hours
