Hello Ladies was just wondering if anyone has had cold feet n basically just toes. I am not cold but they are. Any info on what it could be or if i should be concerned. I have pretty bad health anxiety so thats not helping. Thank you for any replys

Yes I do....Im anemic so that might be a reason. I go from freezing to very hot flushes

i just posted about s similar sensation! i have a cold feeling above my left toes but my foot isn't cold to touch. would love to know of anyone else experiencing this as my health anxiety is also out if control. and i dont even know how i would describe it to a dr without sounding insane
