Your Dr would tell you it is called Raynauds Syndrome which is common with Fibro....... I was diagnosed with it 20 years ago 19 years before fibro

Hi Debbie 1966 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 18 years ago once the temperature starts to drop in the evening my hands and feet get cold and I wear socks but as they don't turn a different colour ie white or blue I have always associated this with the fibro I have a snuggle blanket with arms for watching TV

Hi Debbie I have had burning for the past 2 weeks in my legs, thats the longest Ive ever had a symptom last for?. my feet are constantly cold my hands vary from day today from warm to cold. My body temperature last week went hay wire from hot 1 min to ice cold the next with gas fire on and wrapped in a blanket.? the symptom your having could be a flare up due to you over doing it yesterday. fibro likes to bite back when weve over done it. but also likes to spring different symptoms on  us. the burning sensation was a new one with me. how long symptoms last vary unfortunatly we have no control on that or the symptoms.take care gentle hugs smile just go with the flow not pleasent I know.

Thank u kaz I have had the burning regular but the cold hands n feet were a new one my temperature does that as well we just don't know what to expect next from this condition it certainly keeps us guessing hate flare ups as means time off work which I can't afford to have as my employer is not very sympathetic.

      . gentle hugs xx xx

Years ago , I use to have cold hands at night that becam so painful . At the time I thought it was because a new blood pressure medicine. When I told the dr, all he said was that I corpal tunnel in one of the two hands although both hands had the same systems. Never the feet.
