Cold hands and feet?

Posted , 5 users are following.

As the weather gets colder and I notice my finger tips and toes get cold. This is not always constant as I am able to warm them up but sometimes they just go cold. no change in colour, no pain, and I can move them fine. It is super annoying when everyone says, wow you have cold hands. Is this just a seasonal thing or something I should worry about? In the summer I am fine and it only seems to happen in the winter

I do believe our circulation is not as good in the winter time.  A natural remedy I use for cold feet is, (same for hands), get some absorbent kitchen paper, drizzle on it some olive oil, sprinkle it with Cayenne Pepper, place on cling flim, wrap around hands or soles of feet, cover with gloves or socks, leave overnight.  Repeat for a few nights, this may be enough to open up the blood vessels and get the blood flowing again.  Do this whenever you need it.

Cold hands, warm heart, it sounds like a your blood  has problems getting down your fingers. This is generally worse in the winter.

Get yourself a nice pair of warm gloves, wiggle your fingers and rotate the wrist that will help getting the blood to circulate.
