Cold hands and feet? Sock indentations?

Ok, so I got my bowel stuff out of the way and now, I'm currently taking therapy and changing my diet and exercise more. My doc prescribed some diarrhea pills and some laxatives for when I'm constipated. But now, I have a new health worry. It's not as bad as when I first started to have bowel problems. Does anybody else get cold hands and feet? I think my hands had always been cold but I never pay attention but now I do because of...anxiety, of course. I also read something about edema and now I'm worried that I have kidney problems or even heart disease. Edema is when the legs, ankle, feet swell (probably some other places, IDK) and when you wear socks, they would cause indentations. I'm only 14, what are the chances of heart disease? I notice lots of socks indentations, almost everytime I wear socks. They go away and don't really hurt or anything, though. I don't think I have swelling. My legs, my feet, and my ankle looks normal. I'm a bit chubby so my calves are a bit big? But I don't think I have swelling in any of those places.

My doctor said everything seems fine, that's why he diagnosed me with IBS. About the cold hands and feet, they're not always cold and right now, they've warmed up. I guess I was a bit cold when I typed that. Also, I learned that anxiety can cause cold hands and feet. No wonder my hands get kinda sweaty but really cold when I'm anxious. The indents, I asked a few people and they all said that had happened to them many times. My doctor said it doesn't seem like I'm deficient in anything but I still take multivitamins. They're yummy too so I'm not really complaining.

Google "full list symptoms caused by anxiety" if anything. Or even "can anxiety cause cold hands and feet"
You'll find that symptom both ways. I've been getting it too. Anxiety can even cause your body temperature to fluctuate.
Why are you worried about sock indentations too? Socks make marks, they're generally tight, and if you were them all day you're bound to get indents.
I get indents from leaning on things too, nothing to worry about!

Now that I think about it, yea the question is kinda stupid. Well, I'm getting concerned I have heart disease or something and if you see sock indentations, that can be a sign. I wear socks ALL day long, especially since it's still cold where I live. I wear socks to school all day, except night. I wake up with no idents, though. They generally go away in 30 minutes or a few hours. I asked so many people, they think I'm crazy and ask me, "Who doesn't?". I guess I'm over stressing. I sometimes have to wear tight jeans too and I get indents after..
