Cold patch on chin and tonge tingles

I'm so sorry for another new post but I'm literally going insane with worry. After a few good days, last night I randomly got a cold sensation on my chin which hasn't gone away and now it feels like it's moved around the corner of my mouth. Of course I started to panic and then my tongue began tingling . No numbness. Anyone experienced this? I am on another downward spiral of panic!

always remember that people get all sorts of physical symptoms especially with anxiety. 99.9% of them are harmless. Hot, warm and cold sensations anywhere on the body as well as tingling is very common with anxiety. Especially if you panic about it. Then it can get worse.try to calm down your mind as much as you can and do other things so that you’re not constantly thinking about it. Even while you have it, do other things. Do you things that make you smile and laugh and give you some joy

I had so many anxiety symptoms you wouldn’t believe it. . you’re going to be OK!
