Cold remedy that won't make my legs worse

I have a horrible cough and cold at the moment and tried Night Nurse the other night, the result was I was awake all night with my restless legs worse than ever, has anyone any suggestions for alternative cold remedies?

    Have you tried Zicam?  I take Pramapexole (Mirapex) for my leg tremors ... works like a charm and plays well with other meds.  Good Luck.

    I put a teaspoon of runny honey into a glass of lemonade, I microwave it until its hot enough to drink and take a couple of paracetamol works for me, costs very little. The Doctor I once worked for recommended this.
