Cold Sensitivity on top of head and arms and legs.

I have this sensitivity to cold on the top of my head and my arms and legs. When I put my hand to the location it feels better or when it is hot or I am in a hot shower or bath I feel better. I have to sleep with a hat. I believe it is some kind of nerve issue as I have pain in my neck and lower back but I have been to many doctors and they can not come up with any conclusions. I also find that I get a cold sweat at times (usually in bed) but I believe that is from my body being hot and I don't feel hot.
