Cold skin when exercising

Posted , 1 user is following.

This is a weird one that I've had no answers to from any medical professional.

When I exercise in warm conditions, I sweat and feel hot, but all my skin goes cold and is cold to the touch, apart from my hands and feet. This even occurred in the recent heatwave of 35+ degrees.

When I exercise in cold conditions, all my skin gets warm, apart from my hands and feet, which go cold.

I've had liver and thyroid tests, both normal.

Any ideas?

Thanks
