cold sore...

Recently had what I think is a cold sore.. started off looking like a spot which I thought it was, got eventually to a point where it was splitting the skin, I think my partner has now caught it off me, feeling pretty down about it and bad about passing one on without even knowing... anyone had any similar situations, its put me in a negative mood about it all!

a49626 use DMSO with a Q-tip to stop fever blisters. Jesus saves is proven by miracles. Best of luck.

I have been treating fever blisters with DMSO  and a Q-tip for many years. Apply frequently til blister feels under control.Try to get the DMSO on the fever blister as soon as you feel it coming but it still works if you can't apply it immediately. DMSO can also be used for some other pain areas. It stopped the pain at midnight of a perforated eardrum for me. I rubbed it all over the outside of my ear. the pain never came back and I had to go to Shea Clinic in Memphis to have the eardrum replaced. My wife uses it for neuropathy in her feet, it helps some. I've heard of people using it for sinus headaches and Vet's also use it.
