Cold sore? Or bad pimple?

I've had this pimple reoccur in the same spot, it had a white head (before I popped it) but very small. I popped it today and it became sort of like a bump? It looks exactly like the other pimples on my face, (you can see the pimple by my nose looks EXACTLY like the one on my lip line) that's why I'm so confused. It kinda hurts when I touch it. It's never oozed, crusted, or anything of that nature. It comes up for about an hour or two or it'll be gone in the morning. Before it comes on my lip line my lip line skin will itch, but my skin always itches before a pimple comes in anywhere on my face like my forehead or cheek. I'm just confused if it's a pimple under my skin that just won't come up or if it's herpes?! I don't believe its Oral Herpes, because my boyfriend doesn't have Oral Herpes or Genital Herpes. Please help I'm freaking out!

    And the pimple near my nose yes that is in fact a pimple. It had a HUGE white head and I popped that about 3 hours ago.
