I got this about 4 days ago I noticed in the morning while brushing my teeth i have no idea if its because i cut myself or if its a cold sore? I saw somewhere the first outbreak can appear in the gum. It only hurts when i touch it otherwise it just slightly feels like something is there. Please let me know. Thank you

canker sore also called apthous ulcer. ask dentist or hygienist for more information if they become bothersome.
