this sore came in my mouth about a couple days ago. i cant tell the difference between a cold sore and canker i just assume any sore is a cold sore but im hoping its not because cold sores are herpes, as far as I know. what does this look like to yall?
i only feel it and it only slightly hurts when I put put pressure on it , for example putting pushing my tongue on it

Canker sore
