Cold sore or pimple?

Hello guys, so i have a question. Im trying to figure out what this bump is on my lip. ive had it on my lips for the past 4 years. i looked online and it said that cold sores usually scabs and fades away over 2 weeks. but this bump has been there forever. the specialist from when i went to go get tested also said it was a cold sore. but i dont believe it bc it hasnt gone away for years. can somebody, anyone help me figure out what this bump is and how i can get rid of it bc im so stressed out bout it . thank gli

a cold sore dosnt stay there for ages it blisters bursts an then scabs over they are usually gone within 7/10 days

its not herpes its probably a benign growth skin lump

im not sure 😕 if it concerns u that much u could ask a doctor if theres any way it could be removed
