Cold Sore or Pimple?

Hi, I have this spot on the vermilion order of my lower lip. it's been there about 4 days or so. No tingling, no pain or anything. Does it look like a cold sore or just a pimple.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    This appears to be just a pimple that is a little inflamed. If it were really a cold sore, there would be little blisters filled with a clear liquid all over this area of your lip.

    I think you can relax.
