Cold Sore or something else? PICS!

Please Help.

i have had this sore on my lips for 2 months. I have had cold sores fkr as long as i can remember however they are always in the right corner of my mouth. however this one is directly in the centerimage

I got lip injections 2 years ago and had a really bad reaction, i had a sore on my lip for 3 months with my lips rejecting the filler. (the sore was where my usual cold sore are)

I have taken enough cold sore medication for 3 outbreaks, it has not helped. it hasnt grown or shrank, just stayed the same. any advice would great.
